I LOVE my Pilates classes. I look forward to the class every week. I am often tired and stressed when I get to the class after working all day and I feel absolutely wonderful when I have finished. Pilates makes me feel energized. As my energy levels go up, my waist gets smaller and clothes fit better. I love how my body is increasingly challenged physically as well as the mind-body connection such challenges demand. Pilates North has done so much for me since I began classes in the summer of 2007.
