What do I wear for Pilates?
All you need is yourself. Come in comfortable clothing.
Track pants, leggings and t-shirt or a tank are fine.
We workout with bare feet or socks. There are change
rooms on site.

Should I bring a mat?
We supply all mats. All of our equipment is studio grade including our mats and are cleaned after every class. There is no charge to use the studio mats.

What should I expect when I first arrive?
Upon your arrival you will fill out a small information form. You will be shown where your class will be and given a quick tour of the studio.

What do we do in the first class?
The first class focuses on teaching basic principles of the exercise. You will learn to engage your lower abs, breath and listen to verbal cuing.
