Class Overview
We offer over 50 Registered classes per week. Our classes are small and progressive. Our clients see results because they are constantly moving forward in the exercise.
Pilates Classes:
A great way to get motivated with like-minded people
Clients work in small groups of no more than 9 people. They will be led through a logical progression of the Pilates exercises. Continous emphasis on body positions and core stabilization will ensure proper execution of the exercises and therefore maxium results from the movements. Group sessions run 8 weeks.
Private Group Classes:
Customize your own schedule with your own group
Clients form their own groups of no more than 5 people. Like our Pilates classes, the Private Groups will be lead through a logical progression of exercises. They will incorporate reformer work and chair work into their classes . As a private group, you are able to “Body Target” trouble areas or work on sports-specific goals.
Offiste Training:
Too busy to leave the office? We'll come to you!
Get a group of 6-10 people together and we will come to you. Like our Pilates Classes, the Off-Site classes will be lead through a logical progression of exercises. The classes will incorporate Mat and Ball work and we will work to your schedules and needs.
