In a 3 hour workshop, you will learn the principles of Ki-Hara self streching. Each stretch will be broken down with a focus on form and function. Some mashing and assisted stretching techniques will be added throughout class.
Open to anyone wanted to learn more about Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching. During the 3 hour Intensive Workshop you will learn 16 stretches that will help you: *Increase your flexibility and strength Workshops are geared towards learning the stretches so that you can do them on your own. You will leave the workshop with a better understanding of how and why the Ki-Hara Method works.
